Our team works closely with clients to design, build, and maintain landscapes that enhance property value and usability. With a structured process and experienced crews, Magnolia delivers outdoor environments that remain functional, attractive, and well-maintained year after year.

How We Simplify Your Project

  • Fill out our online form, and we will be in touch to book either a phone or in-person meeting with one of our Landscape Design Consultants.

  • Talk to a Landscape Design Consultant about your vision and budget, and learn more about the creative ways we can bring your ideas to life. You will get a sense of the investment needed for your ideal landscape and options we can do, such as phasing in certain features to make it more affordable. After the consultation, we will deliver an investment guide that includes project features with price ranges for each. We can also collect your retainer and put it toward your installation.

  • We provide 2D, 3D and video design renderings to help you conceptualize your space. Once you are ready to move forward with the design, we can move to the proposal.

  • The proposal is the scope of the work being completed on your property, along with an exact price and payment schedule outlining the elements of your design. This will also include materials. We collect a materials deposit at the time of the contract signature and then get you on the calendar for construction. Typically, we send you a project start date within 48 hours of signing the contract. The project start date will depend on the time of year, project size, and materials.

  • Your project kickoff with the Landscape Design Consultant and Project Manager covers the project roadmap, layouts, features, placement, and materials confirmation. Your Project Manager will walk the property with you, explaining the details of the project. Expect consistent communication from your project manager throughout the duration of your project with the landscape design consultant, who is available for frequent check-ins. Payments are due at set milestones as outlined in your agreement.

  • At the end of the project, any loose ends are tied up, and your Project Manager will walk the property with you and discuss our landscape maintenance options. The final invoice is due at your final walkthrough.

  • We will perform a plant health check within one to two weeks after the completion of larger planting projects, during which our plant experts will check on plant health, soil moisture, pests, mulch, and more.
    If you have not already signed up for landscape maintenance, a dedicated Maintenance Consultant will reach out to discuss our offerings. Signing up for a qualifying full-service maintenance package includes an additional warranty of up to 12 months (you receive a 60-day warranty without a maintenance contract). We also provide hardscape warranties, which include some manufacturer warranties.
